I just have to say that Crown Kia has got it together, when we came in we didn't expect such great service! Our salesman, Matt Silveria, was great! I told him of the cars I liked and he found the PERFECT one for me. My situation is kind of different from other young people, so it has been hard to get financed, but Daryle and Mike really helped out and found the best financing possible. They both explained the financing and what was going on through out the whole car buying process. I couldn't even believe I was buying my first vehicle! I figured I would be extremely nervous and probably never do it. But the people at Crown, especially Mike Maccini and Daryle, were so nice, honest, and easy to work with. It all made purchasing my frist car a great experience I will never forget! More
This is the email that I wrote to their sales manger, and provides plenty of detail: I wanted to inform you about my and my wife's experience at your Kia dealership on Saturday April, 21. We arrived at a provides plenty of detail: I wanted to inform you about my and my wife's experience at your Kia dealership on Saturday April, 21. We arrived at approximately 1pm to inquire about purchasing a new vehicle. When we arrived, we were greeted with chaos. There were too many customers and not enough salesmen. We waited approximately 10 minutes before somebody approached us. He apologized and stated that the dealership had "3 salesmen call out that day," and that he would find somebody to help us. After another 10 minutes, Craig Osorio came from the used car side to help us. We explained that we were interested in both the Sportage and Optima, and would like to test drive both. Mr.Osorio was happy to oblige, and quickly got us a Sportage to drive. My wife and I loved it and decided to forego the test drive of the Optima and focus on the Sportage. We filled out a credit application with only my wife at First (since it was to be her vehicle.) They informed us that my wife alone did not make enough money on her own to purchase the vehicle, and that I would also have to be on the loan. I am a 1099 self-employed business owner and knew that it was going to be a hassle from the get-go. The finance person came over and told us flat out that we were looking at too much car and that we could not be approved for that amount. He stated that he would try to work out a few things and would call us "before close of business or, at the latest, First thing in the morning." At the time of me writing this, we have still not heard back from Mr. Osorio or the finance agent. Furthermore, we were trading in a 2007 Kia Rondo with 48,900 miles on it. We were consistently low balled for it. Your sales team only wanted to offer $5000.00 for the trade even though the black book average value for that vehicle is $7850.00. We informed Mr. Osorio that we wanted $7000.00 for it, and he stated that "if he really twisted their arm, he might be able to get them to offer $6,000.00." Needless to say, but we left shortly thereafter. On Monday morning, my wife and I secured our own financing through our bank, went to Crown Hyundai, and purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata SE 2.0t. At Crown Hyundai, we were treated courteously and respectfully. There was no haggling, they gave us $7,000.00 for our trade in no questions asked, and sold us the vehicle of our choice for the price we wanted. All of this could have been done at your dealership if your sales staff would have put a little effort into selling us a vehicle. Instead,we were blown off and forgotten. My wife and I had previously purchased 2 vehicles from Crown Kia without issue, but we will not be returning to your business in the future. More

My wife and I were highly satisfied with our Hyundai Sonata and upsized to a Kia Sorento. Crown was the 2nd of 2 dealerships I went to. We were trading in a 2006 Nissan Altima and paying the balance i Sonata and upsized to a Kia Sorento. Crown was the 2nd of 2 dealerships I went to. We were trading in a 2006 Nissan Altima and paying the balance in cash and they couldnt have made it easier. The difference between Crown, Sam (internet sales manager), and our sales consultant, Rob Habina, and the OTHER dealership (Lokey Kia in Clearwater) couldn’t have been larger. Multiple people at the Lokey dealership were condescending, rude, and so loud during negotiations my child got scared and ran around the desk to my wife. I'm a realtor, experienced in negotiations, and I would NEVER negotiate that way. I really felt as though I were inconveniencing them. PLUS, they couldn’t beat Crown’s deal! Visiting Crown for the 1st time, Sam handed me off to Rob Habina, who was HIGHLY KNOWLEDGEABLE in the vehicle, as well as a GREAT SALESMAN. Most importantly for me, I felt he listened to me, adequately addressed my concerns, and was never pushy, abrasive, or condescending. I’m a good read on people (from real estate) and I immediately felt I could trust him. I'm not saying my wife is hard to please, but when she drives away happy and tells me MULTIPLE TIMES how much she loves her car (and the amount we paid for it), I know it was a good experience. Save time and energy – call Sam or Rob at Crown and get treated with respect while getting a fair price. More
I was in the market for a new Kia Optima EX, and Daryle was one of the first individuals to contact me after using the USAA Certified Dealer Car Buying Program. We discussed a few things initially through e-mail, and the I received a call from Daryle a couple of days later. I never felt pressured by Daryle to purchase anything, but I did feel invited, and I think that's an important line to walk for any salesman. After looking at our options, we determined that we could not afford a brand new EX, but Daryle, not appearing worried that he may have lost a sale, suggested the LX. We took the LX out, found it to be of exceptional quality and only missing some inconsequential (at least to us) amenities that the EX had and we started the process of leasing that vehicle. Daryle was friendly, very knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire leasing ordeal, which can be an arduous and painful process even with the best dealers. Now my wife and I have a car we can really enjoy, and we have Daryle to thank for a pleasant sale. More

Although I liked the Kia Soul and bought a used Hyundai Tucson from Crown Audi instead, I was very happy with the service from Crown Kia and the help and attention from Daryle Hamel.
