Other dealers try to really pressure you into the sale but Devin and the folks at Crown Kia made it feel alot smoother and less pressure. I would also like to send a positive review to the finance department, Wayne Sebring provided great service and was a pleasure to work with. Made the paperwork process a breeze, and lastly but not least a thanks to the sales manager Khamphong. A kind man that was helpful as well. Thanks again Crown Kia. More

He ensured that the problem was expeditiously evaluated. He phoned me to advise me that it required parts and the length of time that it would take for the repairs to be completed. He arranged for a rental vehicle for my use. He notified me promptly upon the completion of the repair and had my vehicle ready for me to pick up when I arrived at the dealership. Mr. Stephenson has been my service adviser for routine servicing and for problems that have occurred and each he was exceptional. He is pleasant, concerned, professional and is a credit to Kia. More
