Great sales department, but horrible service department. I have had 2 appointments and 1 more coming up. The first appointment I had set up was because my check engine light was on and they replaced my gas c I have had 2 appointments and 1 more coming up. The first appointment I had set up was because my check engine light was on and they replaced my gas cap because it wasn’t fitting right (apparently) a week later my gas light cane back on, so I went back in. They said it wasn’t that big of a deal and set another appointment 2 weeks later saying I wouldn’t have my car all day and explained what they were going to do, I appreciated that they told me and offered a ride home if needed. I felt confident in the guy who explained this. I went in that morning and they called me 6 hours later saying they couldn’t do anything because my gas tank was full. Knowing they were doing this process they didn’t tell me I couldn’t have a full tank of gas, and said they couldn’t siphon the gas out either. So now I have my car and I’ve been trying to get my gas down enough to take it back in. I’m very disappointed in how this has been turning out. However I can say the sales department was amazing and I loved my sales rep, he was fun and worked with what I had. So 5 stars for that, and the only reason it isn’t 1 star is because of the good sales department. More

Purchased a 2016 sorento with tony My fiancee and i purchsaed a beautiful 2016 sorento with tony, he was awesome.
