Hassle Free Service at Crown Kia. Recent appointment was honored, and for this visit they had me in/out in less time than I anticipated. They have a good waiting area wi at Crown Kia. They have a good waiting area with tables so you can work/use a laptop, free coffee, water, packaged snacks, TV, free wifi, a work area, etc. Michael is friendly and kept me up to date as the work progressed. I rated the pricing as average as this is a dealer with "dealer pricing" that is higher than an independent shop. But as with everything, you get what you pay for. More

Purchase experience My beautiful 2013 Optima was totaled in an accident. I had no intention on getting a new car. I obviously went back to Crown Kia to look for a replace My beautiful 2013 Optima was totaled in an accident. I had no intention on getting a new car. I obviously went back to Crown Kia to look for a replacement. James greeted me at the door and listened to what I had to say. He worked with me and I now have a new Cadenza. Though I really did not plan on having to get a new car this soon, James helped me through this ordeal. Thank you James and thank you Crown Kia for being such a good company to work with. More

First experience at a dealership in over 13 years. I don’t buy cars very often - even less so from dealerships because I’ve had bad experiences in the past. So, I came to Crown expecting another unpleasant experience but I was completely wrong. James was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. He was very up front with me and I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable while at Crown Kia. In fact, it was the opposite - there was no pressure ... only courteous service. Excellent! Ryan is one of the best sales guys I have ever met. I wanted to buy a truck, but was not opposed to buying an SUV. My plan was to stop by dealerships Ryan is one of the best sales guys I have ever met. I wanted to buy a truck, but was not opposed to buying an SUV. My plan was to stop by dealerships that I was least likely to buy a vehicle from first, then end my search at Toyota as I believed the Tacoma was going to be what I wanted. Boy was I surprised. Crown Kia was my first stop and that’s where I met Ryan. I looked at a 2019 Kia Sportage and I was hooked. Everything about the vehicle made me fall in love with it. Ryan explained all the ins and outs and provided very detailed information. I left the dealership excited. I felt that if I liked the Sportage that much, I was going to be absolutely blown away buy other vehicle options. I was wrong. After going to GMC and test driving a Canyon, and then to Toyota and looking at a Tacoma, my mind was still on the Kia Sportage I looked at first. I was sold. I texted Ryan the next day and told him I wanted the Kia. He made the process really easy, and everyone at the crown dealership was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from Crown Kia. Thanks again, Ryan! More
