I put my name on the courtesy ride list and only waited for a brief amount of time for my ride home. There is a phone contact app that updated me about my vehicle and inquired about potential additional services that are due. NO HARD SELLING! I really like that. Vehicle was ready ahead of time and I picked up our inspected and freshly washed vehicle...my wife LOVES her Sorento! More
