I was helped by Christopher Donofrio, he answered all of my questions and made sure I really understood what was going on, he made sure I got the best deal. He went above and beyond and even came in on his day off to ensure everything went as planned. I appreciate his patience as this was a two day ordeal, and having to deal with a cranky four year old day one and a impossible insurance company day two but he got the job done and made my experience a great one. More

I had to take my car after the service was completed to another company to deal with the warranty on my tires. The first place I went treated me horribly, when I called Kia back to find out where I should go, they got on the phone, found me a place, made sure they knew exactly what was going on and made sure they knew I was coming and to take care of me. Great Place to take your car! Great place to take your car for service. I always drop off my car and they give me a estimated time of when it should be done. Sure enough I get the call around that time to pick it up. There has been a few times I stayed while they worked on my car. They have snacks, coffee, tea or bottle water while you wait...not bad! I love that they wash and vacuum your car for you as a courtesy. More
