hats off to Jeffry Perego for restoring my faith in Kia! After an unpleasant visit to Lokey Kia, I decided my past 4 lease relationship with Kia was probably coming to an end. I was heading towards a completely different vehicle choice when I spotted Crown Kia up the road. My companion suggested we go in quick & check it out first. It was then we were introduced to Jeff who won us both over with his patience and willingness to listen to all of our gripes. He made it clear from the beginning that our entire experience was going to be our choice. We later met Justin who was just as pleasant and accommodating. Thus. Attention to detail customer service! I’ve requested information to lease Optima over the Internet and Crown Kia was the first dealer to response. Unlike other dealers who tried to have me I’ve requested information to lease Optima over the Internet and Crown Kia was the first dealer to response. Unlike other dealers who tried to have me come in to the dealer instead of providing information I’ve requested vis email or text, Kevin Sexton answered all my questions via text. When I arrived to Crown Kia, he met me at the door and together with Blake Rexford, worked with finance and sales manager to meet my budget. I was most impressed with their customer service oriented mind. Kevin Sexton introduced me to service department manager and show me the service area where I should come in for the maintenance in the future. Blake asked lots of questions to find out what I was looking for and provided suggestions that I wasn’t even thought of. This is my first Kia and Blake and Kevin may have earned a royal customer for Kia. Thank you Blake and Kevin for the great experience! More
