John Heil is the kindest service advisor I've ever worked with. Both John's persistence and Kia's mechanics worked tirelessly together to find the problem. I was listened to, treated with respect, provided a clean-smelling loaner car, and kept in excellent communication on their progress. I felt the whole time I was in very good hands. Blake Rexford made the hardest thing we ever do (buying a car) a breeze. We usually drive a car until the wheels are falling off, to avoid this process. Added to that our previous walk on water credit rating had taken a turn after we were in a near fatal car accident. My husband was a career soldier and I am a nurse. Not knowing anything about the business world except how to pay bills, we were in a panic about whether or not we would qualify for a loan. Blake was reassuring and walked us through the process. Blake"s manager Dani and Todd Johnson the fiancé officer leant their expertise to the fastest car purchase we have ever made.
