I can’t say enough good things about Zachary Ruppert, my service advisor at Crown Honda. I had an issue with my Odyssey yesterday and Zachary was able to get me in same day, diagnosed and fixed the problem service advisor at Crown Honda. I had an issue with my Odyssey yesterday and Zachary was able to get me in same day, diagnosed and fixed the problem and returned the vehicle to me last night. He did a great job keeping me apprised of what was happening, the cost and the timeframe to complete the work.
