Mr. McLaughlin was very helpful, he went over all the papers, explaining what was done and what should be checked the next time. Michelle Dessert is fabulous and did everything in her power to make my service wonderful. However, they were short staffed and the wait time was ridiculous! Michelle arranged to get me a ride home and ba power to make my service wonderful. However, they were short staffed and the wait time was ridiculous! Michelle arranged to get me a ride home and back to the dealership when my car was finally ready. Brooks Falzone was excellent! Very easy to work with and made it convenient for me to do business especially during the pandemic. I also liked the text and emails because I am at work during the day and tha made it convenient for me to do business especially during the pandemic.
