Michele Dessert was a pleasure to work with. She kept me informed and was quick to look for alternative solutions when the tech misdiagnosed the problem. My biggest disappointment was the condition of my informed and was quick to look for alternative solutions when the tech misdiagnosed the problem. My biggest disappointment was the condition of my car when I picked it up. It had been sprayed with grass clippings right before I took it there. Not Crowns fault! However the grass was allowed to bake on the car while there since they didn’t wash it. Very disappointing especially since I got used to my Honda dealer in PA washing my car whenever they had it. I spent $760 and no one could bother to was the car. Seems like a lack of pride in their work. More

MIchele greeted me at the appointed time. She is friendly and asks all the right questions. Because of previous service she knows what the car is due for. This dealership has been the only place I recommend to friends and family for the last 28 yrs although they have switched locations their goal to take care of the customer has not. ( I have bought 8 cars here ) they stand behind their product. Service is always great and pricing is comparable , but you know it’s being done right there, so that in itself is a step above other places. Always a pleasure! More
