Service advisor- Gary Phillips - was great! He took the time to explain what services were recommended and why. He didn't try to sell me services that were unnecessary and even told me special features of time to explain what services were recommended and why. I first met Michele Dessert after moving to St. Petersburg from Columbus Ohio to be near my wifes family. I work with hear as a service advisor for about a year before leaving the dealership. Most of the time I work on my own car when i have time. when i don't have the time I take it to her and Crown Honda because i know my car will be taken care of to the same standards that i would give it.
