Zach Ruppert was my service rep. From the moment I described the problems with CRV (mainly electronic messages) he jumped into action and solved them within minutes. (I'm a snow bird and my CRV is a Canadian model) I've no doubt that Zach will find a solution to replacing the passenger seatbelt that my dog chewed through!
