It wasn’t. I had vacuumed my car a few days before. The passenger seat in front the floor was dirty from who worked on my car. The could have at least vacuumed there mess. More

Worked with Michele Dessert to have an ongoing issue fixed with my Honda Civic. She was very communicative & responsive to my emails & texts throughout the process, as I had to leave the car there.
