My first time for service at Crown Honda. Setting up the appt. was easy; I had a broad choice of times on the day I needed. I arrived early, they took my vehicle right away. My service person, Brooks Falzone, called me over for quick paperwork, and my vehicle was finished 35 minutes faster than stated. Overall great service. More

I have changed my whole outlook, formerly vowing never to go to any "dealership," but from now on I will not go anywhere else except to a dealership.... or at least this dealership! I'm not sure if the to go to any "dealership," but from now on I will not go anywhere else except to a dealership.... or at least this dealership! I'm not sure if they're all the same but Crown Honda knows what they are doing and certainly knows how to treat their customers. I've dealt now with Michele and Brooks.... both are the best! The shuttle driver, Keith was great. I am a new 'used' Honda owner, and a snowbird. I hope the dealership up north is as good as here. More
