I am a snowbird and was getting ready to return to Michigan for the Summer. I had bought new tires for my Honda Van and I needed to have a wheel alignment. I remember working with Daimara Morrill from Michigan for the Summer. I had bought new tires for my Honda Van and I needed to have a wheel alignment. I remember working with Daimara Morrill from Crown Honda in the past so called her to arrange the work to be done. I find Daimara Morrill to be very professional but friendly and trust her to get my van fixed right the first time ! I have a lot of respect For Crown Honda and for Daimara and will call he again when and if my vehicle needs service. More

Took my Honda for an oil change and tire rotation. There were a few other issues that came up and Gary Phillips was very patient in explaining them to me he bought me over to my car and showed me the There were a few other issues that came up and Gary Phillips was very patient in explaining them to me he bought me over to my car and showed me the two other issues. Being a women sometimes I am very skeptical about what salespeople tell me, but once he showed me I felt better about what was needed. Thank you Gary for being patient. The only issue I have is with the dealership, my appointment was at 11:00 and I did not get out of there until 2:00. I believe they need to improve on their scheduling. I am new to Florida and the Honda dealer from where I came from was at most and hour. I would like to see their scheduling improved. More
