The lower panel on the driver's door cut my wife's leg when she exited the CRV, twice, the second time causing a severe wound with a great deal of bleeding. At Crown they ordered a new lower inside panel when she exited the CRV, twice, the second time causing a severe wound with a great deal of bleeding. At Crown they ordered a new lower inside panel which they installed. The new part came w/a rubber covering that the original part did not have. Work was completed on time. - Thank you.
