Jack was great. He was upfront and honest. When the sales manager "insulted" us with his counter offer, Jack made things as right as he could. Crown, and in particular Michelle Dessert, has been a great dealership to work with for service and repair of my 2001 Honda Odyssey. Although we purchased the vehicle at another dealership, we have alway great dealership to work with for service and repair of my 2001 Honda Odyssey. Although we purchased the vehicle at another dealership, we have always had it serviced at Crown. They have made maintaining and keeping our vehicle in top shape an easy task. Our most recent problem involved the failure of our transmission. Michelle was able to work with Honda American to obtain partial warranty coverage of this expensive repair. Had she not gone the extra mile to help make this happen, we might have been faced with replacement of a vehicle we had been hoping to retain for several more years. I think Crown is a great place to have your car repaired. They are honest, tell it to you like it is, let you know your options and help you to make the best decision. More
