When I first arrived at the dealership, I wanted to spend some time alone wandering around the lot looking at the new cars. I didn't want to deal with any questions, small talk, or sales pitches. Eventually someone approached me in a very friendly but low key manner and asked if I needed help. I gave him the name of the sales person I had previously exchanged emails with. That person was Jack. He came out to the lot, and I knew from the first few moments, he was going to be great. And he was... He put me at ease with personal chatter, telling me some interesting things about himself. He answered my questions directly, honestly, and with no attempt at evasion. He was very knowledgeable, sincere, and seemed to always share the customer point of view. Throughout the time I spent with him, I felt he was consistently protective of my interests. The result was that I quickly began to feel a trust developing instead of my normal feeling of skepticism. He spent a lot of time with me and never gave me any indication that he wanted to speed things up. We went along at my pace. He was extremely patient in helping me understand whatever details I was interested in. His opinions made sense. He made the whole process interesting and enjoyable from start to finish. I left feeling very happy about my new car and about the good fortune I had to hook up with Jack. More
I normally make appointments for all service work, but I noticed I was almost due for an oil change and was leaving on a trip tomorrow, so I just showed up. My Service Rep Michele Dessert got me in quickly for a safety check, oil change and wiper inserts replaced. I have been a customer of Crown for almost 20 years, and my 1998 Honda CR-V with 146,000 miles on it runs beautifully thanks to Michele and Mike Larson, the service tech who normally works on my vehicle. This is my 4th Honda, and as I am an old gal I want it to last as long as I do...I always have the recommended service done and trust Michele and Mike to tell me what needs to be done to keep my car in tip-top shape. I have never had any work done on my vehicle other than at Crown Honda, I do feel like I am treated as a valued customer with honesty and kindness. Thanks to all, at Crown. Bonnie J. Brinker More

As of yesterday morning, I had never bought a used car and was nervous about the possibility. I did not need a car per se, but was interested in buying a car with better safety features than what I had. and was nervous about the possibility. Cary listened to me when I explained my priorities and was very patient as we looked at several options. Cary knew I was heading to a Ford dealership after Crown, and he even taught me alot about what to look for when inspecting a used vehicle. He also made a great recommendation about a used Honda, the one I eventually bought. His long tenure at Crown was a bonus because he had knowledge of the car's history, which had been bought by the original owner at Crown. Cary made a terrific deal for me; in fact, if he had not made the car affordable, I would have walked away. I never felt pressured, but the quality and price of the vehicle made me want to buy the same day. When I returned to buy the Honda later in the day, Cary was in the middle of a deal, but he made sure I was helped by another salesman, Vince, who was equally as helpful and knowledgeable. Cary kept checking in on me to make sure the deal was going well. Cary and Vince were overall exceptional as salesmen. Without a doubt, I will return to Crown for servicing my awesome Honda and for purchasing my next car. More

Cliff Bradford is always so nice and he went over and above my expectations for service. My car had a recall for the airbags on it and my battery was bad.
