My husband and I were looking for a used Honda Ridgeline. Over the internet I found a vehicle that sounded like it would fit what we were looking for. He's very knowledgeable. Jack even helped me complete some of the required paperwork at my home. The delivery was made on Jack's day off. How is that for service? Great I think!! Once again Michele has exceeded all of my expectations. Our car was towed to the dealership on Tuesday night. Michele got right on it Wednesday morning even though it was not a scheduled maintenance. She kept me posted every step of the way, let me know when she would leave and return from lunch and basically promised she'd do everything she could to get the car back to me in the same day to save us from having to get a rental. She pulled it off, with the help of the mechanic magicians back there in the shop. She got the driver to come out and pick me up and get me on my way. I was lucky enough to have two drivers - a trainer and a trainee. I wish I could remember the trainee's name but I can't (Alvin?). He is definitely a keeper. The ride was smooth as silk - the best I've ever had from the Crown dealership. Please give my appreciation to him. The trainer was excellent as well. He is a great conversationalist and put me at ease the second I entered the vehicle. Michele had everything ready to go the second I got to the dealership. As I walked out the door Michele asked me to please call her and let her know that everything was fixed to my expectations. As soon as the blast of ice cold air hit my face when I turned the car, I picked up my cell phone and called to happily report in. I should have her on my speed dial!
