The service was done on time. My drop off and pick up was perfect. The price was as stated. Michele is always great to deal with. Crown, and in particular Michelle Dessert, has been a great dealership to work with for service and repair of my 2001 Honda Odyssey. Although we purchased the vehicle at another dealership, we have alway great dealership to work with for service and repair of my 2001 Honda Odyssey. Although we purchased the vehicle at another dealership, we have always had it serviced at Crown. They have made maintaining and keeping our vehicle in top shape an easy task. Our most recent problem involved the failure of our transmission. Michelle was able to work with Honda American to obtain partial warranty coverage of this expensive repair. Had she not gone the extra mile to help make this happen, we might have been faced with replacement of a vehicle we had been hoping to retain for several more years. I think Crown is a great place to have your car repaired. They are honest, tell it to you like it is, let you know your options and help you to make the best decision. More

Without Cliff Bradford, I probably would have found another source of factory authorized service. This is someone who truly does treat you like you would want to be treated. Does his homework on what services have already been done, so as to not double sell. Explains the need for services that both my wife and I understood. Totally recommend Cliff and Crown Honda. We are tough customers in that we want quality in the product that we are purchasing AND with the people helping us to make that purchase. We visited a number of dealerships in our area and found Crown H product that we are purchasing AND with the people helping us to make that purchase. We visited a number of dealerships in our area and found Crown Honda, and especially Howard Willis, to be top notch in the way they treat their customers. They do not insult their customers with the usual "games" that their competitors play. Howard went out of his way to make sure that we were very knowledgeable about the vehicle and more than satisfied in every aspect. Great job, Howard, and thank you for making our experience a very pleasant one. I will recommend Howard and Crown Honda to all of my friends and family. More

I had been looking for a used Honda Pilot. I had visited the Honda dealership near by home, Courtesy Honday in Palm Harbor, and it was not a good experience at all. I was very skeptical that I was going to the Honda dealership near by home, Courtesy Honday in Palm Harbor, and it was not a good experience at all. I was very skeptical that I was going to be able to get the car I wanted because of my experience at the other Honda dealership. I went on Crown Honda's website and I contacted Jack via email. Jack followed up with an email to me. I made an appointment to come and look at a few cars. Jack listened to what I was looking for. I felt like he was very honest and patient with me through the whole process. He actually made the car buying process an enjoyable one. I would highly recommend Jack and Crown Honda.
