I took my car in with an appointment and told them when I arrived that I would need a ride to work and when done (5:30 ish) a ride to pick up my car. The driver decided he would take people home before taking me to work - I was late and am an hourly employee. When I was called at 2:30 that my car was done I reminded them that I needed a pick up and they told me they would be there between 5 and 5:30. So I had to clock out early to make sure I was ready to be picked up. At 5:40 I called the dealership and they said there was a mix up and after the driver dropped off people at the dealership they would be back for me - in about 30 minutes. Since almost all the people at work were gone I decided to get a ride with a fellow employee, even though they were supposed to go in the other direction. I was given an estimate when the problems for my visit were discovered of $966.86 however when I finally when to pay my bill they said they gave me a $100.00 discount for my problems which knocked my bill to $950.72. I don't see how that adds up, unless my original estimate was grossly understated. Service people did pay lip service and said how sorry they were but I felt that is all it was - lip service. More
I had a horrible experience here. I came in because my car had broken down and my boyfriend was severely ill and needed to get to treatments. My only option was a new car and I feared the experience. I got a worse experience than I had prayed for, even knowing it was going to be bad (as all car sales experiences tend to be). I will withhold the names of the people I dealt with, as I don't feel it's in my character to deface people publicly. I was haggled around all day, to the point where I was in tears because I was so stressed out A) about my situation in general and B) because of the go-around I was receiving all day long. I was there for EIGHT HOURS haggling the price of a vehicle when I had really not intended on buying a car that day anyway. I told the salespeople that I did not have my down payment in the proper bank account that day (as I had not expected I was walking out the door with a car) and needed a few days to put the money in the proper account. I wrote them a check and they assured me they would save the check until the following week so I would have sufficient time to get the funds in order. They cashed the check the next day and I ended up with an exorbitant amount of fees on my bank account because I wrote a "bad check". I had to go back into the financing office to get this cleared up, which took several weeks. Every time I had to call the main person I had been dealing with it was like he didn't really understand at all what I was saying. It became clear to me that he did not pass on any information I gave him to anyone else, and I ended up having to answer the same questions over and over again. All in all, I ended up buying a car for about 10,000 over what I would've gotten the same car for at an auction. My significant other runs car auctions and he was livid when I came home with this purchase price, but he was so ill that I didn't bring him with me to make the final decision. If I was not financially stable, I would be in financial hell due to this decision to purchase from Crown Honda. Luckily, I make enough to where I don't even notice my car payment. I was apparently, at this dealership, mistaken for a typical FEMALE. Overall I feel that my desperation and heavy heart at the time was taken advantage of and that's a horrible way to do business. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone, unless they want to leave feeling, in no better words, screwed. More
I Just bought a brand new honda fit from this place, It was on the showroom floor with a melted chocolate bar in the glove box. After I bought the car they told me to bring it back for a cleaning of the glove box and they will put a deodorizer in the cabin filter. 28 hours later I got the car back and all they did was vacuum it the floor not even the seats and completely ignored the glove box which was written directly on the cleaning order to clean the glove box, They didnt even wipe down the dashboard or anything and the car smells like a old ladys perfume now. When I complained to the manager he told me to drop the car back off for another 24 hrs and they will try again. WTF is so hard about cleaning a car right the first time.... Thanks Honda of St.pete you are a HORRIBLE DEALER!! More

He was a delight to meet in person and carefully reviewed the features of the car with us, as no other dealer has done before. The entire process was a pleasure and made driving over from Orlando well worth it! I would recommend dealing with Jack at Crown Honda to anyone in Florida considering a Honda purchase. More
My husband talked with Jack Goldstein on the phone after an online inquiry. We were pretty straightforward about what we wanted...to return our leased CRV at the end of term for a new leased CRV. We hoped to be able to reduce our monthly expense while possibly moving from an LX to and LX/Se. Jack got right back to us with a very attractive figure on a 3-year lease. Saturday afternoons are busy at Crown Honda, but when we arrived at the dealership Jack still managed to get our paperwork done and get us back out the door in a new CRV in a little over 2 hours. It was the best experience we have ever had leasing a vehicle, and we've been leasing for quite a few years. It was great to work with an experienced professional who listens to what you want and makes it happen. We were very impressed. Hopefully, we'll get to work with Jack again in three years. We are fast becoming loyal Honda customers! More
This was our first experience with Crown Honda and it was wonderful. You know how you dread buying new vehicles as the salespeople are like stalking you as soon as you drive up? Everyone was more than friendly and helpful but gave us our space. After having a horrible experience at a South Tampa Honda dealership, I researched the internet for another Honda dealer and found Crown. In spite of driving across the bridge into another county, I would deal with Crown again. The professionalism and expertise of Jack Goldstein and Fernando Gonzalez is beyond excellence. There was no pressure only factual information about the vehicle we were interested in. We also ended up financing with Honda even though our Credit Union had pre-approved us for 1/2 point APR lower. It is nice to know there are still some dealerships with honesty and integrity. Thanks again for a great experience. More

She is a tremendous brand ambassador for Crown Honda and the primary reason I always come back. I am certainly loyal to Honda vehicles, but more importantly, I am loyal to them and Crown because of Michele. She creates that kind of value and relationship with her customers. I have been a loyal Crown Honda customer since 1990 when I purchased my Civic. It was at that time I met Michele and over the next 20 years continued to bring my car back to Michele and the Crown team. After over 200,000 miles I finally retired the Civic and went with an Accord, but I have no doubt that I would not have had the driving confidence and driving pleasure if not for Michele and the team at Crown. To all of the apprehensive people out there who may be thinking of buying a new car. I just had an experience that I never thought I'd ever have, much less write about it. I contacted Jack Goldstein of Cr thinking of buying a new car. I just had an experience that I never thought I'd ever have, much less write about it. I contacted Jack Goldstein of Crown via internet and set up an appt, I was loaded with negative equity and didn’t have a lot to put down on the new car. Jack sat down with me and spent no less than an hour talking to me about my situation and what I could do. Jack was quite frank with me and brutally honest, but I needed that. He told me point blank, “Yes I could sell you a car right now but in 6 years you’ll be in the same boat as you are in now”. He explained several options and I left, he spent all that time with me, when he didn’t really have to. That impressed me a lot. It was like dealing with my uncle rather than a car salesman. I came back with the plan that we had talked about and he got me into a brand new Civic, with the financing I am in GREAT shape now and won’t be in trouble in 5 years. The experience in whole was awesome. I felt at ease, I never felt that I was being pushed, or taken. I would highly recommend Crown Honda, and Jack to all my friends and Family. More
