This was my first time buying a car and Crown Honda assisted me every step of the way. I recently finished school and got a full time job and was able to finally buy a car. I went with my parents and brother to help me find the perfect car. We were quickly welcomed by Johnny Ginn and he showed us various cars until we found the perfect one. The entire time Johnny was uplifting, professional, fun, HONEST and was very open to any questions, thoughts and concerns that I had. He even stayed with us until 10:30pm one night to finish all paperwork. Johnny passed us along to Kurry Vacinich (who also stayed with us until 10:30pm) who was also very professional, HONEST, welcoming and willing to address any questions and concerns that I had. Had rear side dent from auto accident. Brought to crown collision dept and they did an excellent job repairing it. The technician made it look like new. Once again Michele has gone above and beyond in providing us with great service. I have a 2002 Honda Odyssey that we originally bought brand new. It has 175,000 miles and has gone from carrying toddler car us with great service. I have a 2002 Honda Odyssey that we originally bought brand new. It has 175,000 miles and has gone from carrying toddler car seats to carrying teenagers, so needless to say it has been through a lot. I know a lot of people think I am crazy for taking a van that old to the dealership for repair, but I keep coming back because of Michele. I had called on a Monday to schedule an appt., but Michele was out till Wednesday. The receptionist nicely asked me if I wanted another service advisor, but Michele is worth waiting on, so I advised them I would call back on Wed. Michele knows my van and knows us. She always makes us smile with her big personality and I trust her. I love that she is straight forward and does not waste our time. She always puts the repairs we need in priority order because she knows we are on a tight budget. On the most recent trip we needed a lot of costly repairs, so after Michele gave us the estimate, we did call around to see if we could get a better price. On most of the repairs Crown was around $30-$50 higher, but having Michele and the Crown mechanics making sure everything was done right, was well worth the extra expense so we stayed with Crown. There was one repair that Crown was quite a bit higher on and due to our very tight budget we had no choice but to have it done elsewhere. Michele was very understanding and even drove it down to the other shop for us since she knew we were at work and that it was a struggle for us to do without the van. Seriously, who else would do that for us? No one, except Michele. She is just amazing and to be honest there are no words to describe how much she has meant to our family. Thank you!!!
