Crown Honda wrote on 11/2/2011 2:16:37 PM: Mr. Evans, In researching your concern we found that there was a break in communication between members of our staff on the evening that you were scheduled to be picked up by our shuttle van. We sincerely apologize for this error and the inconvenience that you experienced as a result. As mentioned in your post a discount was applied to your charges as a gesture of our genuine regret for the mistake. We accept full responsibility for the shuttle van mishap and understand your resulting dissatisfaction. We hope that you will understand and afford us the opportunity to demonstrate that this was an unfortunate exception to the usual reliable service we provide. A review of the estimate that was provided to you indicates that you were quoted a price of $996.86 plus tax and supplies for a total of $1,116.64. Your final invoice total amount of $950.72 including tax and supplies was $165.92 less than the estimate provided. This would indicate that the charges were $65.92 less than the original quote in addition to the $100.00 discount that was applied. Please feel free to contact us if you feel that any of these numbers are inaccurate and we will be glad to review them with you. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We’ve created ways to make it easier for our customers to post reviews about our company. We also expect that in the course of everything we do that sometimes something may go wrong.
