On Saturday, July 20th my husband and I purchased our first Honda CR-V from a very professional sales associate, John Gates. Our experience was totally awesome! We walked into the dealership just to tes first Honda CR-V from a very professional sales associate, John Gates. Our experience was totally awesome! We walked into the dealership just to test drive a CR-V and to learn more about them. We had two other appointments scheduled with Subaru and Nissan but never made it to either. I called them saying we would not be coming because we had found our dream car. John Gates was excellent sales associate. He explained all the ins and outs of the CR-V and answering all our questions (and boy did my husband have many!) before we took the test drive. We loved the way the CR-V handled. Our hope was that after the test drive the rest of our visit would go as smoothly as the first. Well it did! John handled all the paperwork and numbers very professionally. We never once felt pressured which was a big concern to us. We walked out of Crown Honda and drove home in our new CR-V a very happy couple.
