Sales side seems good. Service side failed me. They Sales side seems good. Service side failed me. They claim to have lost my phone number, despite it being on my profile and having texted w me. Wh Sales side seems good. Service side failed me. They claim to have lost my phone number, despite it being on my profile and having texted w me. When you go for service, even if you have an appointment, you'll wait 15 minutes, during which no one will even make eye contact with you. Why take appointments when it's just first come first served anyway? For my service, they couldn't/didn't/wouldn't solve my car's problem, which I can understand. But... They left the lights on, so I had to jump start the car myself when I picked it up. Yes, an employee saw me with my hood up, but she quickly averted her eyes. No offer to help, no apology even for "losing" my phone number (I think he just forgot to call). A week later, the service manager still hasn't returned my call. Flippantly don't care. I'll go to the one in Clearwater from now on for service. Again, the sales people were quick and enthusiastic. More

I bought a car from CROWN HONDA 1 year ago, I came back yesterday to give them a chance to match the price I was given by AutoNation Honda. I intended to trade my 2012 Honda Pilot for a 2013 Pilot. I was yesterday to give them a chance to match the price I was given by AutoNation Honda. I intended to trade my 2012 Honda Pilot for a 2013 Pilot. I was promised they would match the price - actually they agreed to beat the price by $8.00 per month and include step rails on the vehicle I was going to purchase. They tried to sell me a DEMO version that had approx. 1,000 miles but, ultimately agreed to bring in a brand new (no mileage one that would arrive today. After 2 hours they tried to get me to give them $1,000 to make the DEAL work. Ultimately I was told by the salesman that they CAN'T do the deal afterall. KK the Sales Mgr. then ran out the door without even the courtesy to speak to me in person. I went back to Auto Nation Honda and I must say; they stood behind everything they promised. The Salesman Brian Emmons is awesome as are all of the Staff: George, Amy and many others; I give hugh PROPS. I am a very happy customer! My advice to all: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! CROWN IS AS SHADY AS IT CAN GET. I SPEAK FROM EXPERIENCE!! They BAD mouthed Auto Nation the entire time I was there. BALINDA GONSER SEMINOLE FLORIDA A FRIEND JUST TOLD ME HER FAMILY CALLS THIS PLACE SCROUNGE HONDA INSTEAD OF CROWN HONDA I SAY AUTO NATION IS FOR THE NATION! More
