I spoke to Jim, assuming general manager at Crown Honda on 10/06/2014, he didn't even apologize for his finance and insurance representive for breaking the law in lying to me and trying to force me into add ons to a car loan that I did not need. He didn't even offer any type of courtesy at all. I don't even know why he wanted me to call him. Stay away from this dealer or get your own financing from a bank or credit union, this dealership will lie to you and treat you with disrespect, hoping you're a fool.
