Awesome service We were in the market for a new car for my fiancée. We came in not knowing whether mine or my fiancées credit was high enough to get a loan for a car. He was fantastic. He was able to match us with the perfect vehicle we needed just by asking some questions. Justin in finance setup the paperwork and we were approved within a half hour of walking in. If that wasn't good enough, before we were able to walk out the door to our new car, Justin was able to get us a lower monthly payment than we had originally signed on for. A week later Justin called back and said he had gotten an even lower payment. All we had to do was stop in and sign paperwork. All in all a very good experience and we will be coming back shortly to get another vehicle for me. More

Drove a little farther for a Much better deal We were referred to the dealer's sales manager by a neighbor after having a less than satisfactory beginning negotiation with another Honda dealer clo We were referred to the dealer's sales manager by a neighbor after having a less than satisfactory beginning negotiation with another Honda dealer closer to home. The manager put us together with Sejad "Sid" Gurdic who was both friendly and knowledgeable of his product. He found us the car we wanted, newly arrived on the truck as we spoke, and we made the deal and took delivery that afternoon. The only area where we rated this dealer less than 5 stars is on pricing. They have a high added "dealer fee" and ridiculously high-margin pack of dealer added accessories which most informed buyers wouldn't choose, but which the dealer was reluctant to eliminate or negotiate price on. It took a little work to reach our deal, but was worth the effort. More

She researched cars I found online and forwarded info to me on ones I hadn't noticed–and all this in the used car market which doesn't yield huge commissions for sales people. Horrible finance department - go to your bank first! I went into Crown Honda on friday 9-12-2014 with my down payment prepared to buy any car that I could get financed in. This dealership took advantage I went into Crown Honda on friday 9-12-2014 with my down payment prepared to buy any car that I could get financed in. This dealership took advantage of this and kept trying to get me to take a 2012 civic home (not certified and overpriced) without even being approved for a loan. I gave a deposit because they said I was approved. I wasn't approved. Two days later since they had my deposit already, I went back in to try for a less expensive car. The finance guy was complete rude to me. His name is Justin Callahan and didn't seem to have that much experience in his position. He told me that only one bank would lend me a loan to get in a car and that the bank came back with an offer that was dependant on me PURCHASING GAP INSURANCE. I'm no everyday car shopper, but I even asked him if that was illegal. He said it was not. For 20 minutes we went round and round about this 27.99% loan that REQUIRED me to purchase gap insurance. After again asking him if this was illegal to say to me, he said "You know what, I'll 0 all these totals out for protections and resubmit it again but you'll probably be turned down for the loan because of this." At that point, I walked out the door. I expected more from this dealership other than a con man in the finance department. Luckily, I was approved the next day at their other dealership for 5.99%. That finance person did their job! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They also tried to let the salesman work two car deals at once. I had no personal attention until the second day. More
