Happy Customer! Recently purchased my 5th Honda from Crown, and had a strange little squeak that I could not really identify. Service Department Fails to Get the Right We took our Odyssey in for the recall of the fuel pump and at the same time a full interior and exterior detail. When we called they stated the vehic We took our Odyssey in for the recall of the fuel pump and at the same time a full interior and exterior detail. When we called they stated the vehicle was done and when asked about the detail, it appeared that was forgotten and that it could not be done even though it was scheduled. Picked up the van without the detailing being done. We then had to return the van since the pump work was not correct. Called several times without return calls. Finally we did get through to a different service rep and scheduled an appointment. Again we took it in on a Friday and scheduled the repair and full detail. Told our Service representative they could have it until late Monday as we would not need it over the weekend. Picked the van up Monday and the repair was done but looking at the van you could tell the detailing was not done. Was charged over $200 and it did not even look liked they washed and waxed the van much less detailed. The mats were never removed during the detailing and there was still dirt all over. Windows were not even cleaned. Just a sorry excuse of a detailing job. Emailed the Joe and Jay with a video that day showing the lack of work and still have not heard any response. Talk about lack customer service not even to knowledge an email much less respond to the issues at hand. More

Awesome service We were in the market for a new car for my fiancée. We came in not knowing whether mine or my fiancées credit was high enough to get a loan for a car. He was fantastic. He was able to match us with the perfect vehicle we needed just by asking some questions. Justin in finance setup the paperwork and we were approved within a half hour of walking in. If that wasn't good enough, before we were able to walk out the door to our new car, Justin was able to get us a lower monthly payment than we had originally signed on for. A week later Justin called back and said he had gotten an even lower payment. All we had to do was stop in and sign paperwork. All in all a very good experience and we will be coming back shortly to get another vehicle for me. More

The manager put us together with Sejad "Sid" Gurdic who was both friendly and knowledgeable of his product. He found us the car we wanted, newly arrived on the truck as we spoke, and we made the deal and took delivery that afternoon. The only area where we rated this dealer less than 5 stars is on pricing. They have a high added "dealer fee" and ridiculously high-margin pack of dealer added accessories which most informed buyers wouldn't choose, but which the dealer was reluctant to eliminate or negotiate price on. It took a little work to reach our deal, but was worth the effort. More
