He patiently answered my concerns about inspecting a car prior to purchase, so much so that I drove to his dealership despite there being several others Honda dealerships in my area. Worse Service Ever I made an appt for regular maintenance. I show up early for it as usual and am told it will be 30-45 minutes just to speak to an advisor to drop off s I made an appt for regular maintenance. I show up early for it as usual and am told it will be 30-45 minutes just to speak to an advisor to drop off since they are going by order of arrival. After asking what's the reason for appointments if they were not going to honor them, I was told everyone on their list were appointments. Unfortunately for him, they had the appt book out there and only two of the 7 individuals on the list in front of me had appointments. After being lied to and having the WORST experience of any dealership, I took my car and left. Do not use service since they were not trustworthy in my experience! More

Daimara is great! Daimara is great she is what customer service is all about! I travel over 40 miles to Crown Honda to service my old four Honda accord with 240,000 mi Daimara is great she is what customer service is all about! My local dealer is only 15 miles away but I choose to bring my car to Crown as they have maintained my car since new and my goal is to drive it at least another hundred thousand miles with their help! Warranty repair I live closer to a different Honda dealer but they would not return my calls to answer my question regarding the warranty. I called Crown and did not I live closer to a different Honda dealer but they would not return my calls to answer my question regarding the warranty. I called Crown and did not have to leave a message. Brooks Falzone took my call, researched my car by the VIN, and answered my question immediately. By the way, I never took my car to Crown for service before this visit. I purchased my car previously from another dealer in another city. More
