I made arrangements to visit the dealer the next day. I was late because of work, but he was really gracious. He made sure to listen to my preferences and made it very comfortable to look at possible vehicles. He was very frank and not at all pushy. Although I didn't walk out with a new vehicle, I definitely plan to call him after I have looked around. I think he might be able to make me a deal I can't refuse. More

Magnificent !!! Way to go Edward Mitchem !!! I called Crown Honda on Thursday, 23-Apr-2015 at approximately 5:30 p.m. I was desperate to find a pre-owned car for my daughter and son in law as the I called Crown Honda on Thursday, 23-Apr-2015 at approximately 5:30 p.m. I was desperate to find a pre-owned car for my daughter and son in law as their car had seen its final days and died for the last time on I-75 in Lutz. I spoke with a very nice young man by the name of Edward Mitchem. Edward sounded very sympathetic to our situation, did some checking and after just a few moments he came back to the phone to announce that he has the perfect vehicle for the situation that I described, in that we needed to find a vehicle big enough for at least 6 people and Edward understood the amount of money that I was able to pay for a vehicle. Not only did Edward find the perfect vehicle, that fit within the budget that I had to work with, but, he was very personable and made sure that everything was perfect before we left the dealership that evening. Edward advised that he has worked at Crown Honda only a few short months. I hope that Crown Honda understands and realizes what an asset they have acquired in hiring Edward Mitchem to be one of their sales people. I am a previous part time employee of Crown Honda and was very proud of the fact that I was an employee there. I trust the people that work there and will always refer my friends and coworkers to go there when they are in the market for a car or, for service for their vehicle. Way to go Edward !!!
