Very satisfied with all Honda personnel upon entering Honda deal ship I was greeted with a curtious sales man. Asked if I needed help, I said I had an appointment with John Furr regarding le upon entering Honda deal ship I was greeted with a curtious sales man. Asked if I needed help, I said I had an appointment with John Furr regarding leasing a Honda vehicle. John was paged and immediately made his presence known. We introduced each other and began to discuss the right vehicle for my wife. John was very patient, answered every question I asked, which were many. Deciding on a new CR-V, we went out to the lot to view each model. John explained very option and its performance rating after which he suggested for me to test drive. We drove at different speeds and I was pleasantly surprised how well the CR-V drove. We went back to the office to consider a leasing program. Since my wife wasn't with me I told him I would be back the next with her. John did one better by allowing me to take home the vehicle I test drove. My wife really liked the vehicle and with John we agreed to a lease program. Again, John was very patient, helpful and explained very throughly the terms of the lease. We signed a 39 month lease and upon delivery John went through all the opinions, which was very helpful. John Furr is a great asset to Honda, has a great personality, easy to talk to, answers all questions in a professional manner and never pressured us into leasing. Finally, I would also like to mention that all the Honda staff were very friendly, especially Gene Nigro & Ed Mitchum. I would definetly recommend Crown Honda. He made sure to listen to my preferences and made it very comfortable to look at possible vehicles. He was very frank and not at all pushy. Although I didn't walk out with a new vehicle, I definitely plan to call him after I have looked around. I think he might be able to make me a deal I can't refuse. More
