When Brooks Falzone provided excellent customer service to me last week, 6/2. I brought my daughter's car in for new tires, balancing and alignment. When Brooks discovered that only 3 of the needed tires were in stock, he called the Tampa dealership to have one sent over and immediately arranged for me to be driven home although I live outside the 10-mile "courtesy" van limit. Brooks was off the next day but arranged for a driver to pick me up from my home at the time I specified. Both courtesy drivers were very polite and courteous. Best of all, my daughter's car drove like a new vehicle: All in all, it was a great experience at Crown Honda. More

Many of those service advisors were truly superb, but not even one of them could compare with Brooks Falzone in rendering to us such professional, gracious service. It was obvious to Joe and to me that Brooks sees the customer as "Numero Uno," and treats the customer accordingly. Brooks truly gives Crown Honda a good name by the way he relates to Honda's customers. Kudos to Crown Honda for hiring such a competent and kind service advisor as Brooks Falzone! From the moment we met Brooks, we knew he was "the Real McCoy," and did he ever prove himself with his service and insights and spirit of helpfulness! More

Great sales person!! Bobby was awesome! Went through many finance companies to find me a decent interest rate. Just about a week after buying the car, I got a phone call requesting just a little more of my financial information and the next day, I got another call that he was able to knock 3% off my interest rate and lower my monthly payments. All in all, I'm very happy with my car-buying experience and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

While working with her it was if I were doing business with a friend or someone I had known for a long time. She answered all of my questions and went out of her way very eagerly to find out information for me, both before and after the sale. My interaction with her was genuine and she definitely is a caring and customer-oriented sales rep. I recommend her very highly to anyone with the confidence that she will serve you in the same excellent way she helped me through what can often be a difficult process (buying or leasing a car). In my case it was a pleasurable experience and I will definitely choose her again when the lease is up on my new Honda CRV. I add that she is very knowledgeable about the cars Honda sells and she was able to solve the mystery of the missing cup holders which were not in the car. While others couldn't help me with this she investigated and discovered that the holders had been taken out of the car and put them in for me. I would never have bought or leased a car without driver seat cup holders. More
The Soldier I was recently looking to purchase a new 2015 Honda Civic EX for my fiance. I always like to shop around when purchasing expensive products, so the be I was recently looking to purchase a new 2015 Honda Civic EX for my fiance. I always like to shop around when purchasing expensive products, so the best way to do that, is through the internet. When Crown Honda first contacted me, I was still hesitant about purchasing at the moment but I still went to Crown anyway to test drive the 2015 Honda Civic EX. Having no appointment, my fiance & I walked onto the property & was instantly approached by a Sale Representative. Needless to say, it didn't go well & as customers, we know what we want, especially if we've already shopped around a bit. The Sales Rep. never even showed us the 2015 Honda Civic EX, instead he kept insisting that we purchase a used car & had us test drive the 2014 Honda Civic LX. The Sale Rep. didn't know that I was a Honda guy, not only did I have a couple Civics ('94, '98 & '01) in my short life but my cousins & I were part of a Honda Club in New Jersey. Now to a Honda guy wanting an EX but being push to buy an LX is a slap in the face, so my fiance & I left never wanting to do business at Crown Honda again, until a got an email from John Furr. Like I mentioned before, I didn't want to do business with Crown or anybody from Crown because I felt like I wasn't being heard but that was the total opposite with John. I never once mentioned my other experience with John because I felt it was unfair to put that kind of pressure on somebody that's just trying to help. I have to say that the only reason I even went back to Crown Honda & even purchased our beautiful Dyno Blue 2015 Honda Civic EX was because of John Furr! Before my fiance & I went back to Crown, John was so persistent about getting us into the car we wanted that he continuously emailed & texted me for about a week till I finally agreed to set up an appointment to come in. To be honest, my fiance didn't even want to go the appointment because she felt it was a waste of time, especially on a Saturday during Memorial Day weekend but I felt that this time it was going to be different & it was. Just minutes after meeting John, he had my fiance sitting in the 2015 Honda Civic EX, ready for a test drive. "Now that's service", I thought to myself as she was test driving the car, not only that, every time John mentioned the car he referred to it as, "your car." Also, before we even spoke to the Finance Manager about numbers, John had "our car" in the back getting detailed, he had a sign that goes on the rear view mirror that read "SOLD" & he was so convincing in telling us that we were going home with "our car" that day, it just made us feel important, heard & understood. Seriously though, I knew then that those were all gimmicks to convince us, the consumer to make any deal so that way we walk away with the car we wanted but I also knew that John was willing to help us make a deal that was right for us & I believe that feeling that John produced with us, outweighs any other deal at any other Honda dealership. What I'm referring to, is that we were offered $300 less than what John offered us on the same make & model but still purchased from John & that speaks volume. That being said, my fiance is absolutely ecstatic about her new car, she got exactly what she wanted & I owe all that to John Furr! I recently email John & thanked him, not only for serving our Country in the US Military, which he still does today, but on a weekend that is represented to salute our fallen & active soldiers, he was breaking his back once again to put smiles on the faces of two American consumers. If you get to read this John, again, I want to thank you for everything! More

On Memorial Day weekend, I brought my car in for service and the spirit moved me to go over to look at the new Accord Hybrids. I have been interested in them for some time, but had not driven one. I had recently read a review comparing the Prius with the 2015 Accord Hybrid which was very favorable, so I must have been ready. We were greeted by Amy Simpson who listened to what I was looking for and she quickly got me behind the wheel of each of the models of Hybrid Accord to test drive them, and then when the particular colors of an other car caught my eye, she located the keys and we were off. Amy was able to explain the new technology to me so that I could appreciate all of the improvements made since my 2003 Accord (which were numerous) Even on this busy holiday weekend, Amy was very attentive such that I felt like I was a very important person in the showroom. Amy was even able to help us get a better price for my trade in car. Once the decision was made, there were paperwork delays because of an intense thunderstorm that knocked out the electric and shut down the computers for a few minutes. Anyone who lives in Florida, knows that happens. All in all, I love my new 2015 Accord Hybrid and will remain a very loyal Crown Honda customer. Thank you Amy Simpson and thank you Crown Honda. More
