Good car buying experience As far as car buying goes, our experience was good. Jesse Loreto was the salesman, and we were very pleased with him. He gave us a thorough test drive, was knowledgeable about the vehicle, and even let us have an extended test period with the whole family, booster seats and all. New Car experiance The salesman Sejad Gurdic was an excellent salesman. He is very knowledgeable of Honda’s it took a lot of convincing on his part to sell me on the CR- The salesman Sejad Gurdic was an excellent salesman. He is very knowledgeable of Honda’s it took a lot of convincing on his part to sell me on the CR-V, my last 4 cars have all been Mazda’s. I was considering another one too Sejad was able to sell me into a new CR-V. Everyone was very helpful with my needs; they stayed past normal store hours to get me into my new car. Justin Callahan the Finance manager was very helpful too with our needs and explained and assisted choosing the service options for our needs. More

Excellent Customer Service Brooks Falzone provided excellent customer service to me last week, 6/2. I brought my daughter's car in for new tires, balancing and alignment. When Brooks Falzone provided excellent customer service to me last week, 6/2. I brought my daughter's car in for new tires, balancing and alignment. When Brooks discovered that only 3 of the needed tires were in stock, he called the Tampa dealership to have one sent over and immediately arranged for me to be driven home although I live outside the 10-mile "courtesy" van limit. Brooks was off the next day but arranged for a driver to pick me up from my home at the time I specified. Both courtesy drivers were very polite and courteous. Best of all, my daughter's car drove like a new vehicle: All in all, it was a great experience at Crown Honda. More
