I drove the Lexus GS and RX and Acura TLX. When I stopped at Crown, Frank Lovett greeted me and asked my reason for visiting. He quickly determined an Acord EX-L would meet my needs. And soon had a silver EX-L ready for a test drive. During the drive he went over the standard equipment offered and demonstrated the blind side monitor, back up camera, and explained Bluetooth, keyless entry and other features. Frank knew the car and was able to build my enthusiasm for the car. He asked Michael to calculate a sign and drive lease. On my second visit we agreed on terms and set the date and time of delivery. Frank had the car ready, answered a few questions and we were on our way. We have a great car, and commend Frank Lovett for making this purchase a great buying experience. More

Buying a new car was never so easy! I was searching for a new Honda CR-V Touring model in a certain color. I used several internet sales search engines and stopped at a few dealers. I then accidentally found Crown Honda who had just what I wanted at a great price. I was skeptical to say the least. I called and spoke to Gloria Baraban and asked what was the bottom line on this model seeing that the advertised price was so low. I was certain there had to be a catch. Ms. Baraban encouraged me to come and try the car an see if it was what I wanted. No hard sales at all. My wife and I came saw the car and fell in love with it. Gloria had the car detailed and a couple of minor items we found were taken care of immediately. I would definitely buy here again. It was a pleasure. More
