In addition to the usual service, he made sure warranty service was done so that my warranty now extends for an additional 30,000 mileage. He explained how the warranty works if I am away from home. He also showed me some "secrets" on working the radio. I am a low tech type guy and never knew what the buttons on the steering wheel were for. I will be sure to ask for Brooks in the future. Great Experience! I went to Crown Honda on Tuesday looking to trade-in my '98 Nissan Sentra. It wasn't in the best condition and I had no money to put down; yet my sale I went to Crown Honda on Tuesday looking to trade-in my '98 Nissan Sentra. It wasn't in the best condition and I had no money to put down; yet my salesperson, Frank Lovett, worked with me and my desired payment range for my budget. There was a bit of a delay in getting the paperwork completed due to inclement weather causing problems with the connectivity with the DMV; but Justin Callahan made sure I was aware and processed my paperwork quickly. Both Frank and Justin stayed after closing (8:30pm) to ensure I went home with my "new-to-me" 2013 Honda Civic. I love my car! More

Jim was exremely polite, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. I even learned a few things about my Fit! I used my coupons and one service i required didn't have a coupon but Jim had my service already discounted from my Honda card without me asking....how's that for service. I really appreciated that. Out of Towner Brooks Falzone was very helpful. While visiting Treasure Island area from Ohio, I needed to locate a local Honda Dealer for an oil change. Crown Hond Brooks Falzone was very helpful. While visiting Treasure Island area from Ohio, I needed to locate a local Honda Dealer for an oil change.
