Timely and great customer service I took my car in because some lights were on that I knew were not supposed to be on, such as the air bag light. After some confusion about who had my appointment, Skip took over and was awesome! While standing around waiting to figure out who had my appointment, multiple people asked if I had been helped and the gentleman who you check in with got me a bottle of water. Skip answered all my clueless questions politely, and called to tell me what was going on with my car then called again when it was done. He made sure things got accomplished in a timely manner. I would recommend Crown Honda, and Skip to anyone who may not be sure where to turn. They will take good care of you! More

Liars and scammers Called on Sunday, August 16 about a price of $38369 on a Honda Pilot Touring that was listed on the Crown Honda Website. Was told by Amy S. that the p Called on Sunday, August 16 about a price of $38369 on a Honda Pilot Touring that was listed on the Crown Honda Website. Was told by Amy S. that the price was a mistake and would be taken down tomorrow. They claimed they would honor the price only if I purchased $1800 worth of accessories that I didn't want. During the negotiating process they changed their story continually. The listing on the Crown Honda Website with the $38369 price wasn't taken down until August 19 which I assume only happened because the vehicle was sold. Today, August 20 a new listing appeared on the Crown Honda website for a Honda Pilot Touring with a different VIN and again listed at $38369. I am sure if you call and inquire about the new listing they will again claim the price was mistake and try and bait and switch you just like they did to me. Avoid this dealership they will lie to you and scam you just to make a couple extra dollars!!!! More
