Integrity Michelle has been my service advisor for years and on more than one occasion she and the Honda Team at Crown have saved me lots of money while taking Michelle has been my service advisor for years and on more than one occasion she and the Honda Team at Crown have saved me lots of money while taking care of my 8 year old car. My Key Fob stopped working all of a sudden and since I've had the car for 8 years I figured it was just time to get another one; I mean how man clicks can one of these things take so I was fully prepared to spend the 200 dollars for a replacement. Well Michelle gives me the old "lets just slow down before we do a replacement, lets try a new battery first" and of course she's right once again. Not only that, Dave the parts guy. sells me a new back to my old fob which broke because of ware over the 8 years - I mean who knew they made single parts (the back only) - for an item like that. Well long story short I walk out in 10 minutes with an entirely new key fob for $20, that's the type of honesty and integrity Michelle and the team display to me every visit and why I always recommend them to my friends and family who own Hondas. Routine Service For the most part I was satisfied with Crown Honda's service on my Odyssey. However the wait was a little too long (3 hours) and I didn't think washi For the most part I was satisfied with Crown Honda's service on my Odyssey. However the wait was a little too long (3 hours) and I didn't think washing the car would take more time than the actual service performance. My appointment was for 1:30 p.m. and I didn't leave until approximately 4:45 p.m. After about 2 hours I inquired as to the status of the repair and Jason Imler, service representative, told me that it was in line to be "hand" washed. I waited another 30-45 minutes and then asked him about when my vehicle would be washed. He said it was in line waiting to be washed. I then told him to forget the wash and bring my Odyssey around so I could leave. Jason was very polite and seemed to be acknowledge but had he told me in the beginning that it would probably take the same amount of time to get the vehicle washed (no charge) that it would take to complete the service I would not have requested a car wash and will not in the future. I have continually had good to excellent service from those representatives I have had in the past, but something needs to be done about washing the vehicles perhaps a mechanical apparatus needs to be installed somewhere on the premises. More

I was greed upon arrival promptly and courteously, and was told tha I set an appointment with Crown Honda to have the Passenger Airbag recall handled. I was greed upon arrival promptly and courteously, and was told that Brooks Falzone would be my Service Manager. Brooks was excellent! He told me it would take about an hour, and he was correct. This was my first time at Crown Honda because we moved here in late June. Their Service Department is top-notch, and Brooks is excellent. I'd certainly recommend Brooks and the Crown Honda Service Department to any Honda owner in the area. More

From totaled car to new car in less than 24 hours Someone ran into and totaled my car while it was parked on the street. I came out of work to find it. I had leased the car for a year and was now with Someone ran into and totaled my car while it was parked on the street. I came out of work to find it. I had leased the car for a year and was now without a car. The next morning I drove right from Enterprise in my rental to Crown Honda, found out from my insurance the car was totaled, and was talking to Hugo Gonzalez about leasing a new car. We walked the lot, I told him exactly what I wanted and we found a newer model of the exact Honda Accord I had. I test drove it, we deliberated and worked out the numbers and I literally signed and drove the car off the lot. Hugo also helped me return my rental car at Enterprise and drove me back to the dealership so I could take my new car home. I had a wonderful experience at Crown Honda. Hugo was awesome, and the manager and finance manager were a pleasure to work with. My new car had multiple upgrades I didn't have with my old car and included everything I previously had. It was almost like the accident never happened. I would highly recommend Crown Honda and especially Hugo Gonzalez. He went above and beyond for me! More
