Top notch service with excellent value I have been a customer of Crown Honda for 10 years, we have had 4 Honda from their dealership. Our experience with their sales staff has always been e I have been a customer of Crown Honda for 10 years, we have had 4 Honda from their dealership. Our experience with their sales staff has always been easy with no hard-sell routine. Now, when it comes to service, this is why we keep coming back. Michele Dessert has always been our service person. She is very knowledgeable, intelligent and easy to understand and work with. Before retiring I did 99% of my own mechanical work on our cars since I was old enough to drive. I was anxious when I first visited the service department over quality and cost. I can honestly say over the 10 years and many visits, I always felt comfortable dealing with Michele, she was always my first contact point when visiting. Her explanations of what had to be done with the car were brief, knowledgeable and to the point. The value for my dollar based on their pride in workmanship and doing the job right is to be commended. I feel lucky to have found such an honest, caring dealership and employees. I can't say enough about Michele, but she is the face of Crown Honda as far as I am concerned. Thanks!! More

First Time Honda Owner Daimara Morrill did an excellent job of Customer Service. She was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and organized. This is my first time owning a Honda Daimara Morrill did an excellent job of Customer Service. She was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and organized. This is my first time owning a Honda and visiting this dealership. I had an airbag recall and a software update that needed to be handled and they also offered the free inspection. Daimara explained what the recalls were and how long they would take. The service was AWESOME!! The folks that greeted me were friendly and awesome too!
