Since then my car purchasing experience has been the best ever. Me being busy w 6kids and my husband working out of the county everyday. He was able to communicate efficiently and effectively. We where able to do everything around our busy schedule and he even stayed late to show me all the fine details about my new mom van! Which i couldn't be happier with! Extraordinary Customer Service I brought my Honda Pilot in for service and an air bag recall. I bought my car from Crown 11 years ago. I have always used Crown to service my car, however I have never had Michele Dessert as my Service Specialist. What a pleasure it was to meet her! She took the time to explain to me what needed to be repaired on my car as well as the cost. She also recommended a business that I could take my car to have the headliner replaced.
