Courteous, Prompt, and informative I met Mr. Metin Cihaner on Saturday morning when I was looking around the used car lot. I took his card and left. Having spoken to my wife about the car I was interested in, we came back the next day. Mr. Cihaner was there and immediately arranged for us to take a test drive. As the drive was satisfactory, I decided to buy the car. However, my wife and I had to get back to work. Mr. Cihaner was very prompt and had all of the paperwork completed quickly with no fuss. The whole experience was pleasant and I will likely look for him for my next car purchase. More
