Quick and easy! Mike Wolfe was an excellent salesman. I used true car to locate my car...as a new lease. He was quick, honest and gave me what I need and wanted...and Mike Wolfe was an excellent salesman. I used true car to locate my car...as a new lease. He was quick, honest and gave me what I need and wanted...and a bit more! All without trying to sell me, or talk me into something I wasn't comfortable doing. He even stayed late after the dealership was closed to go over all the details in my car so that I would be comfortable with the new technology. Couldn't ask for a nicer salesman. Air Bag Replacement I was called by Honda asking me to bring our 2012 Honda CRV in to have the air bag replaced. They set up an appt for me with Crown Honda. The follow I was called by Honda asking me to bring our 2012 Honda CRV in to have the air bag replaced. They set up an appt for me with Crown Honda. The following day I received an email from Crown Honda in Pinellas Park, Fl reminding me about the appointment and to see Brooks Falzone. When I got to the dealership I did have to wait several minutes to see Mr. Falzone due to many customers showing up at the same time. Mr Falzone checked me in quickly and I advised him that I may need an oil change as well. He checked my vehicle and said I still had 40% of oil life left and didn't really need it yet but would change it if I wanted it done. I told him I would wait and thanked him for being honest and would come back at a later date. He was very kind and honest and helped me find my car when the work was completed. I'm very satisfied by Crown Honda and Its staff. More
