Waiting too long James McLaughlin was excellent with customer service; however, the service department was way behind schedule. I had a scheduled appointment at 11am for an oil change, tire rotation and filter checks. I left almost 3 hours later. This was not James' fault, but it made my experience less enjoyable. Chairs are not comfortable when you are sitting for that long. I'm not sure what happened, but there needs to be a better way to handle scheduled appointments. More
