This says a lot about the dealership when they are willing to do something like this. Mr. Biggerstaff went out of his way to call me and resolve the isssue. Our salesperson (Anthony) was amazing as well! He knew a ton about the Honda Pilot Touring and showed us a lot of features that other dealers failed to show us.
