Appeared they were doing computer records check but forgot to tell me. Agreed to the 3 year required service with my mileage at 27k. Oil life was at 40% so no oil change. Waiting room austere but coffee, water and snacks provided. Repairs acceptable but no car wash, disappointed. More

Judy's new car adventure I had been looking at a Honda for a while and finally, after reviews on KBB you tube, decided on a Civic. I also really liked the Honda Sensing packa I had been looking at a Honda for a while and finally, after reviews on KBB you tube, decided on a Civic. I also really liked the Honda Sensing package. I prefer to communicate via email and Jonathan (Plasky) conducted much of the sales process in kind which allowed me to maintain control of my time. We scheduled a time for a test drive, feature, color selection, etc. He found me one that meet my requirements and had it delivered to Crown Honda. The thing I liked the most about Jonathan's sales style is that he can speak 'geek' to me. I work for a software company and he spoke my language. He is so enthusiastic about my Civic that I absorbed as much as I could about all the features. I hadn't bought a car in 18 years and generally use one to get from point A to point B. Jonathan's enthusiasm about his product made me appreciate it more and got me spoiled very quickly (2 months). For example, I was on vacation last week and actually had to lock and unlock the rental instead of just walking away from it.
