No pressure negotiations I want to start by saying that I ended up not buying a car from this dealership (wife decided to get a different brand). But my experience dealing wit I want to start by saying that I ended up not buying a car from this dealership (wife decided to get a different brand). But my experience dealing with Jonathan was so smooth and pressure free that I felt compelled to write a review. I have been researching cars for more than a month and dealt with multiple dealers in the Bay area. Jonathan contacted me by text and we have communicated for more than 3 weeks. He was extremely patient, courteous and NEVER pushed me to buy anything. He spent a lot of time answering my questions and always made me feel like I was dealing with a friend. In the end my wife decided to buy a different brand of car but if I was looking to buy a Honda, Crown Honda has to be in your short list. Their pricing was competitive and at least Jonathan was a joy to deal with. More

Easy, friendly and great service We had looked for our 3rd car for 2 whole days, over 13 hours on the first day and approaching our 5th hour when we came to Crown to look at a car we We had looked for our 3rd car for 2 whole days, over 13 hours on the first day and approaching our 5th hour when we came to Crown to look at a car we saw online. No one came out the moment we came o to the property, we had a moment to look at the car. Then Jonathan came to show us the car and go for a test drive. This was the car I wanted so while we waited for all the "red tape" Jonathan sat with us and we had many interesting conversations. Paperwork signed and we were out the door. He contacted me about a week later to check on not only the car but to see how I was doing. I would highly recommend Crown and Jonathan to a friend. More

Going the extra nile I had to have my car towed in and when I got back home I had to get a jump start on my second car. Randy Stiles was very efficient and kind and even came in during the morning of his day off to make sure of the shuttle arrangements for picking me up for the second car. More

I truly feel taken care of I never thought I would ever own a new Pilot. It always seemed out of my reach. To my delight, they had a new 2017 Pilot and my awesome salesman, Enver, and I were able to work out a great deal that actually brought the Pilot within my reach. Emailed Michele Dessert, my service rep. She immediately returned a email with instructions. Repairs took 2 days because of getting parts. Actually on the second day I was able to pickup my car. As always, Michele does a great job!!. More
