The sales consultant, Sejad Gurdic, is a consummate professional, who created a positive, comfortable sales environment from his initial greeting of me to the final sale. He did not employ any "hard sale tactics," which would have given me pause. In fact, I had two other scheduled appointments that day with other Honda dealerships to get information about their lease offers on the Honda fit. But it was because of Mr. Gurdic, who guided me through the entire leasing process including- the terms of the lease, specifications of the different models available, road tests, etc. , that I decided not to keep those subsequent appointments, and to lease the vehicle from Crown Honda. I initiated contact via the internet, and he made contact with me within m I was extremely pleased with this purchase experience because of Jonathan. I initiated contact via the internet, and he made contact with me within minutes. He provided substantial information, but he never pressured me to move along the process faster than I was comfortable with. We arranged a test drive for the following day, and Jonathan was prompt and friendly. Over the next 3 hours, he assisted me with test driving 4 different vehicles and showed me easily a dozen others. We walked the lot at least twice, and he even moved vehicles around so I could do an A/B comparison of two models with different packages. Through it all, Jonathan was super friendly and helpful, and never once gave me the impression he was annoyed or tired of my constant demands. He was a pleasure to deal with, and I genuinely liked him and enjoyed talking to him. At no point did he make me feel pressured by sales tactics, even during the negotiation process - we had a conversation and we went back and forth on a few issues, but in the end, I found him to be reasonable and not at all pushy. After I signed all the paperwork, he even gave me an hour of his time teaching me how to use some of the truck's new technology. The dealership had closed over an hour before, and he was still willing to stay late and teach me tips and tricks about my new purchase. And he was eager to do it, and he was super friendly and helpful in the process (notice a theme?). I highly recommend Jonathan. I work in an industry that emphasizes the customer experience, and Jonathan made that experience for me. More
