Good old bait and switch This has been the most frustrating place i ever dealt with.sales people are decent, but the lies begin after you leave with your car. Quick help! I was passing through and had a window issue ( would not go up or down!) on my 2009 Accord so I googled Honda dealerships close to my location and it I was passing through and had a window issue ( would not go up or down!) on my 2009 Accord so I googled Honda dealerships close to my location and it turned out to be a wonderful experience! I was in and out in NO time thanks to Michele’s expertise and hooking me up with Mike Larson ! In a blink of an eye he had the old part out and the new in and I was on my way!!! Didn't buy from here but great experience I didn't actually buy or lease a car from Crown Honda, but I had a wonderful experience working with one of their top internet salesmen, Laure Bresnic I didn't actually buy or lease a car from Crown Honda, but I had a wonderful experience working with one of their top internet salesmen, Laure Bresnick. I never actually met Laure, as I reached out to Crown online, but I felt like I did. Laure promptly and comprehensively responded to all of my inquiries via text or e-mail per my request. Rather than badger me with phone calls and requests to come visit the dealership, Laure respected my space and time throughout the process. She provided me with honest (very fair) quotes that beat other Honda dealers in the area. At the end of the day, I went with Stadium Toyota because I opted for a Camry over an Accord, but if I had gone with the Accord, I would have purchased from Crown and Laure. More
