"Tech Wizard at Crown!" Jonathan Plasky was great. I came in with a crazy tech problem dealing with my Audio system. Every time I changed a SiriusXM channel a pop-up messag Jonathan Plasky was great. I came in with a crazy tech problem dealing with my Audio system. Every time I changed a SiriusXM channel a pop-up message appeared and I couldn't find a way of getting rid of it (not in the manual)- this was driving me nuts. I came by the dealership and with Jonathan’s tech skills he figured out how to get rid of it. Remember if anyone has a tech problem they should check with him - he will never stop until he finds a solution. Good Job! Thanks, Wendy More
