Got the car we wanted My fiance and I were in need of a car since our 2002 Kia finally died on us. We found a 2004 VW Jetta on there website with only 50,000 miles on it. We made an appointment on line and the next day got a call from Mike Wolf to set up a time to come and look at it. Mike was probably one of the best sales man we have ever meet and got to work with. He went above and beyond to help us even though it was not a big sale for him, it was a dream come true for us. Best part was that they sent the car to a VW garage just to make sure everything on the Jetta was working properly, not a lot of dealerships will do that. Research after the fact (TrueCar) shows that Crown gave us a very good deal on the trade-in of our ol' faithful ride and our new car. In particular, Dan Ryan did a great job outlining the features and functionality of a fairly complex vehicle. He was very pleasant, attentive, and efficient. Additionally, the finance manager, Justin Callahan, did a very thorough job of explaining the details of the financing and various add-on packages available. Our "off-time" is very precious to my wife and me, and we really appreciate the care and effort that these gentlemen put into making sure we got what we needed in terms of info on the vehicle, test drive, trade-in assessment, and the financing and transaction paperwork for the deal -- all as efficiently as possible without sacrificing courtesy and attention to detail. My great car buying experience I have had my Pilot serviced at Crown Honda since moving her 3 years ago. I came in for service this last time, ended up wandering around the lot whi I have had my Pilot serviced at Crown Honda since moving her 3 years ago. I came in for service this last time, ended up wandering around the lot while I waited and Paul England saw me and asked if he could help. I had just spotted a used Mini Cooper S Coupe that looked really interesting and my Pilot, while in great shape, is 11 years old and I was contemplating if now was the right time. We took it for a test drive and I was impressed. My car was ready and I went home to do some more thinking. I contacted Paul that night and told him I wanted to come in the next day and I'd like to also look at some previously owned CRV's AND the Mini Cooper. Turns out the Mini Cooper was popular and had been taken to another lot and marked as SOLD. I was super disappointed and Paul did not give up. He kept following up and the car and the next morning he had keys in hand as it hadn't sold. I ended up purchasing both my CRV and the Mini-Cooper and was my happy birthday to me present. Paul continued to follow through on everything, get me and my cars home, find something I missed leaving in my car and coordinated getting my second key ordered and service appointment made. It was a big purchase, and Paul made everything go smoothly and there was no pressure. I couldn't be happier and a big thanks to Paul! I would definitely recommend Paul! More

No pressure I was just starting to compare vehicles as my Lincoln was coming off lease. I met with Dan Ryan who took the time to find out what I was looking for and what my budget was. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He explained what was available and took me for a test drive. During the drive he explained all the options that were available in the CRV. After the test drive, I decided that this was the vehicle I wanted to lease. Dan was extremely helpful in arranging a lease to meet my needs. He also took care of returning my Lincoln and closing out the remaining 3 months on the lease. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new car. He made the experience pleasurable. More
