The entire process from internet to the face to face meeting was seamless even though it was with a different person. Jason was so helpful and knowledgeable. He took an entire hour after closing to explain the infotainment system to me. I was very impressed with my experience with both gentlemen. Based on the fact all the data required was correct she authorized the replacement key without Insurance Co approval sensitive to the fact I had waited long enough. Even though he was not initially involved in the deal, by the time I arrived he had informed himself of the details and was able to help me complete the purchase process with both speed and accuracy as if he had been a party to the deal all along. He was extremely friendly and humorous and made the experience of going over paperwork relaxing. He was patient and helpful in all respects of getting the details of the deal signed and getting the car ready for us to take home. Once all the paperwork was done and the car was ready to go, he still took it upon himself to spend well over and hour, leading even past their closing time, to sit in the car and explain every single feature of the car as well as help setup the settings for everything. It was an amazing show of both kindness and professional dedication and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Honda! More
