Brooks knows OUR Honda Car had flashing check engine light requiring immediate attention. We went to the closest garage and they mentioned tune up and something with the ignition, I sent a text to Brooks Falzone on a Saturday and he replied immediately. He suspected something different and offered to call the independent garage directly. He determined that the car was safe to drive and scheduled us in first thing Monday. His suspicions were correct and the repairs were covered by Honda (repairs worth $1800)! Thank you Brooks. More

Tom Teel was the reason we bought from Crown Honda My father and I had a somewhat vague idea about which 2019 Civic model we were looking for. Tom helped straight away by showing us the various features and options available, in addition to what could be customized. He was very pleasant, professional and we didn't feel pressured whatsoever. We left the dealership knowing exactly what we wanted. Our plan that day was to shop around; the next two dealerships we'd visited had salesmen who were extremely unhelpful, rude and downright combative. Despite those bad experiences, at least we had a price in mind and knew we wanted to do business with Tom Teel. He got us a car with the precise specs at the price we wanted. Also, we needed to have the car customized and available to drive off the lot in just a few days. Tom was able to coordinate all the necessary details in order to make our important deadline. Exceptional service! He really went above and beyond, can't thank him enough. More

Enver Bekric is by far the BEST Sales Consultant ever! Enver Bekric is the best Sales Consultant I have ever dealt with. He genuinely cares about you and your needs. He has a servant's heart and will put you above himself. He doesn't pressure you or play sales games. He is an excellent listener and is great about helping you to make your own decision by presenting all the facts. He is extremely knowledgeable about not only his cars but his competitors. It was very refreshing to deal with someone who loved and took pride in their product enough to make you fall in love with it too! He is very patient and a natural teacher. When he takes you for a test drive, he knows how to talk you through the car so you can experience the full ride with every perk. If it is a family decision and you have to come out with another member he is just as patient and wants them to experience the ride too. He gave us the best price in this part of Florida. In fact, after talking with the bank and other dealerships they said if that price is for real out the door you better jump on it. A couple even asked us to call them back and let them know if the price really was correct. The process was enjoyable and stress free from beginning to end. The best part of the experience was after the papers were signed. The character of the man stood the test of time. The genuine care and concern he showed all along was still there once the deal was done. He didn't rush through the final review of the car even though it was past business hours. Without any prompting, he sat for a couple hours after closing reviewing the features as he personalized it to fit my needs and wishes. When he handed me the owner's guide he said, "this is yours but you won't need it. You can call or text me anytime if you have a question." He is in a league of his own. I wouldn't buy from anyone else!! More
