Exceptional Service with John Lovelace I recently found myself in the market for a new vehicle. John Lovelace was familiar with my particular situation and contacted me in what seemed to be I recently found myself in the market for a new vehicle. John Lovelace was familiar with my particular situation and contacted me in what seemed to be a serendipitous check-in. John was great to work with. He didn't try any of the high-pressure tactics and even brought a vehicle to my house to test drive. Unlike a recent experience, John and the other dealership staff didn't try any bait-and-switch tactics and they appeared quite familiar with promotions. While I didn't purchase my latest vehicle from this dealership, John has stayed in touch to ensure that I am enjoying my new Honda. I am confident from his recent check-in calls that he will win me over and secure my business when I am in the market again for a new vehicle. More

Great customer experience at Crown Honda! I found a car (Nissan 370z) I was interested in online and stopped by the dealership after work. I was able to find the car and spend a few minutes checking it out without anyone bothering me. Michael Tan caught me on the way in and provided the carfax report I asked for, helped with the test drive, and negotiated the best price with his manager. I appreciate that Mike wasn't pushy at all through the whole process and that Crown Honda makes it easy to see the bottom line price including trade in and everything else. I don't plan to buy another car for a while, but when I do I'll be sure to go to Crown Honda first! More
