Super human Sales Associate I wish I could go into great detail of everything Jonathan Plasky did but it would take forever but he just went above and beyond to take of me, my wi I wish I could go into great detail of everything Jonathan Plasky did but it would take forever but he just went above and beyond to take of me, my wife and our four young kids. We were discouraged from another Honda store about what we could get for our trade in and monthly rate. Jonathan got us the trade in, the monthly payment, everything to get into a 19’ Odyssey. He was patient with us even doing a majority of our paperwork outside because my kids were to crazy to be inside. Even though Crown has closed he was walking us through all the gatchets of our new car, and even washed our tag so we wouldn’t have a dirty tag on a brand new car. We left so encouraged and felt like we were taken care of like family. He gave my kids snacks so they wouldn’t be hungry, he even took the test car that the other Honda store gave us to ride around in and drove it over on a tow truck just so my wife wouldn’t have to endure the long trip with the kids. I was favorably impressed with how responsible I found another salesmen there who greeted me at the door. First, he asked if I had been dealing with a specific salesman already. Then he introduced me to my on-line contact, Mr. Paul Valardi, who immediately made me feel very comfortable. After reviewing the lease prices I had been offered at 3 other area Honda dealerships, Mr. Valardi offered me a "deal" I could not refuse! Never expecting to accept an offer that evening, I was unprepared to complete the lease. Making an appointment for the next afternoon, I really appreciated how Mr. Valardi adapted the usual process to suit my situation. We completed all the paperwork, & I brought my check the next day. Prior to this, I have leased 4 cars. My experience with Mr. Valardi was, by far, the easiest & quickest process of them all! I highly recommend Mr. Valardi & the Crown Honda dealership to anyone interested in a new car. More
