Awesome Service Experience What an awesome experience! I was greeted promptly from the time I pulled up in service area and was instructed to sign in. My service advisor, Michel What an awesome experience! I was greeted promptly from the time I pulled up in service area and was instructed to sign in. My service advisor, Michele Dessert was with another customer but to my surprise was available in minutes. The best experience of all was while I was waiting, I observed Michelle help an overly aggressive female customer whom was there to see another advisor that was unavailable. The woman was obviously in a hurry and was apparently more important than any other customer waiting(in her own mind). Michele having the time handled her concerns and totally turned the situation around to please an over the top customer! It was amazing to see this kind of excellent customer service in this day and time! Great job Michele! More

Ask for Tom! Visited Crown Honda to check out some SUV's for our family. Right when we got there Tom Teel was there to welcome us and help us with anything we need Visited Crown Honda to check out some SUV's for our family. Right when we got there Tom Teel was there to welcome us and help us with anything we needed. Now I haven't done much research on all the different mid-size SUV's. I just wanted to test drive some to get an Idea. after grabbing us waters, We went through some of the cars at the lot through his computer that were in our price range and design. We had our top 3 and then he grabbed the keys. It kinda felt like Goldilocks' adventure to the Bears' house. Like Goldilocks, we tried out the three cars and while checking them out Tom gave us great information and advice on each one. One we knew was out of the picture right away and another one which we thought we wanted going in we found out wasn't up to par. Tom was amazing at helping us see what we wanted in a car. We didn't end up buying a car but we had such a great experience at this dealership with Tom that I wanted to share with others. More
